Bitmine Immersion Technologies Reports $11.3 Billion in Crypto Holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced on Wednesday, July 14, 2026, that its total holdings of cryptocurrency, cash, and marketable securities have reached $11.3 billion. A significant portion of this value comprises 5.77 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens.

The company's Ethereum holdings are valued at approximately $10.5 billion at the current price, representing 4.8% of the total Ethereum network supply. Bitmine has stated its goal is to acquire 5% of ETH, having achieved 96% of this target in just over a year.

Bitmine's investments also include 206 Bitcoin and 4.91 million staked ETH tokens, worth $9 billion. The company holds a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $69 million stake in Eightco Holdings. Eightco provides investors with indirect exposure to OpenAI.

Additionally, Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-Cap Index on June 26, 2026. The company's Series A preferred shares are traded on the NYSE under the ticker BMNP.

Focused on building cryptocurrency reserves for long-term investment, Bitmine receives backing from institutional investors including Cathie Wood of ARK Invest and Pantera Capital.
