Bitmine Immersion Technologies, a company focused on building cryptocurrency holdings for long-term investment, announced on July 22, 2026, that its total cryptocurrency, cash, and securities holdings, along with "moonshots" investments, now amount to $11.5 billion.
The company's crypto holdings include 5.78 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens, valued at approximately $1,879 per ETH as of July 19, 2026. Additionally, Bitmine holds 207 Bitcoin (BTC), a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $58 million interest in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), which offers investors indirect exposure to OpenAI. The company's cash and tradable securities are valued at $385 million.
Bitmine's ETH holdings represent 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million ETH. The company also has 4.9 million ETH in staking via the MAVAN platform, valued at $9.2 billion.
Furthermore, Bitmine repurchased approximately 5.5 million shares of its common stock during the past week as part of its previously announced $4 billion share repurchase program. Chairman Thomas "Tom" Lee stated that the repurchase of common stock is considered value-accretive for shareholders.
Bitmine Immersion Technologies was also added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index in June 2026. Bitmine's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol BMNP.
