BlackBuck Reports 25% Profit Growth and 42% Revenue Increase in Q1 FY27
Logistics company BlackBuck announced a 25% increase in consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27, with operating revenue rising 42% year-over-year.

Logistics firm BlackBuck reported a 25% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹42.2 crore (approximately $5.1 million USD) for the first quarter of FY27, up from ₹33.7 crore in the same period last year. Profit saw a sequential decline of 36% from the previous quarter.
Operating revenue grew by 42% year-over-year and 10% quarter-over-quarter, reaching ₹204.2 crore (approximately $24.5 million USD). Including other income, total income stood at ₹220.5 crore for the quarter.
Total expenses increased by 57% year-over-year to ₹178.4 crore. The company recorded a tax gain of ₹45 lakh (approximately $54,000 USD) due to deferred tax.
Operationally, the company noted steady traction, serving 8.83 lakh customers. Its growth business segment more than doubled revenue to ₹58.1 crore, while the core payments and telematics business grew 21% year-over-year to ₹145.2 crore.
BlackBuck also designated its NBFC arm, BlackBuck Finserve, as a material subsidiary. The company announced that Company Secretary Barun Pandey has withdrawn his resignation and will continue in his role.
