Investment management firm BlackRock, Inc. has reported an increase in its aggregate holding of NKT A/S shares and voting rights to 8.54 percent.
Investment firm BlackRock, Inc. has disclosed a series of transactions resulting in a cumulative ownership stake of 8.54 percent in Danish cable manufacturer NKT A/S. The notification follows regulatory filings made in accordance with Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
BlackRock’s position underwent three incremental adjustments before reaching the current level. According to the company's statement, the holdings consist of 8.23 percent in direct voting rights attached to shares and 0.31 percent held through financial instruments.
These adjustments move BlackRock’s interest up from an initial position of 8.46 percent. NKT A/S, which specializes in power cable solutions, remains a focused entity for institutional investors monitoring infrastructure developments in the European energy sector.
