Metso Oyj announced on August 3, 2026, that it has received a notification regarding a change in the shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. The notification was made in accordance with Chapter 9, Sections 5 and 6 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.
As of July 31, 2026, BlackRock's direct holding in Metso's shares was 40,785,301 shares, representing 4.91 percent of the total shares and votes. Additionally, BlackRock held 5,361,637 shares in Metso through financial instruments, corresponding to 0.64 percent of the total shares.
