Blain's Farm & Fleet is launching its 69th annual Toyland event on Saturday, October 10th, initiating the holiday shopping season for the Midwest retailer. The company, with 45 locations across Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan, aims to foster holiday spirit through its theme, "Open the Magic."
The opening weekend, October 10th-11th, will feature giveaways for early shoppers, including a collectible toy pickup truck on Saturday and a plush calf on Sunday for the first 100 customers each day. Customers spending $50 on toys during the weekend will receive a $5 gift card. An earlier online promotion offered 25% off a single toy item from October 1st to 9th.
Beyond the toy department, Blain's Farm & Fleet will host a "9 Days of Deals" event from October 10th to 18th, offering discounts across the store on items such as apparel, footwear, farm supplies, and tools. The company is also continuing its "Kids Helping Kids" donation drive, encouraging customers to purchase and donate new toys to local organizations.
