BlissClub Raises ₹160 Crore for Offline Expansion

Indian D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has secured ₹160 crore (approximately $16.8 million) in a new funding round. The round was led by Singularity AMC, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures, alongside founder Minu Margeret and her partner, Meesho founder Vidit Aatrey.

The capital will be allocated to expanding the startup's physical retail footprint, accelerating category expansion, strengthening product development, and hiring talent for its next growth phase.

Founded in 2020 by Margeret, BlissClub initially launched as an online activewear brand for women. It has since evolved into an omnichannel business and now operates over 40 retail stores across India. Earlier this year, the company also entered the menswear category.

In addition to its own stores, BlissClub sells its products through its website and e-commerce marketplaces. The company claims to have achieved 60% year-over-year revenue growth for the past two years.
