Blockchain.com Plans $500 Million IPO in 2026
Crypto firm Blockchain.com is reportedly targeting a 2026 initial public offering to raise approximately $500 million. The company is aiming for a valuation between $4 billion and $6 billion.

Blockchain.com, a London-based cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, and digital asset infrastructure platform, is signaling to potential investors its intention to go public in 2026. The company is seeking to raise around $500 million in an initial public offering (IPO), according to sources familiar with the matter.
The firm is targeting a valuation of $4 billion to $6 billion for the offering. Blockchain.com has also confidentially filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) earlier this year, though the terms are subject to change.
This valuation range would be below the company's peak private-market valuation of $14 billion in 2022. In 2023, Blockchain.com raised $110 million at a valuation of less than half that previous peak.
A confidential SEC filing does not set an IPO date on its own. Recent activity in crypto listings includes eToro, which priced its U.S. IPO at $52 per share in May 2025.
