Bluechip Computer Releases Azure Stack HCI Version 23H2

Bluechip Computer AG has released Azure Stack HCI, version 23H2, the newest iteration of its hybrid cloud infrastructure solution. The update emphasizes improvements in cloud-based deployment, updates, and monitoring, along with streamlined management and enhanced security capabilities.

Key new features include the ability to manage and migrate virtual machines (VMs) and Kubernetes clusters through Azure Arc. The service now also supports VM migration from Hyper-V to Azure Stack HCI using Azure Migrate, currently in preview. Azure Virtual Desktop for Azure Stack HCI is also available in preview, catering to organizations needing remote work solutions outside the public cloud.

Version 23H2 incorporates enhanced security through Confidential Computing for sensitive data processing and integrates with Microsoft Defender for Cloud for improved security posture monitoring.
