OSLO, Norway – BlueNord ASA released its financial statements for the second quarter and first half of 2026 on July 9, 2026. The energy company reported record net cash flow from operating activities amidst market volatility and declared a $174 million cash dividend for the second quarter.
The company's results showed revenues of $277 million for the quarter and $594 million for the first half. EBITDA stood at $147 million for the quarter and $348 million for the first half. Net cash flow from operating activities reached a record $249 million in Q2, bringing the year-to-date total to $390 million.
In terms of production, BlueNord's net hydrocarbon output was 37.2 million barrels of oil equivalent (mboepd) in the second quarter. BlueNord issued a $400 million senior unsecured bond in May to refinance existing debt and improve terms. The company reported a strong liquidity position of $546 million at the end of the quarter. BlueNord intends to communicate a new dividend policy later this year.
