Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund Announces November 2026 Distribution

Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund (BPRE) has scheduled a cash distribution of $0.1371 per share for November 2026. Shareholders of record as of November 18, 2026, will receive the payment on November 30, 2026.

This distribution reflects a 7.5% rate on Net Asset Value (NAV) and represents an annualized market distribution rate of approximately 13.1% based on the November 4 closing price of $12.56. The fund has increased its distributions four times since its initial listing, citing a strategic shift of capital from legacy institutional holdings into direct real estate investments aimed at increasing income potential.

Management reports that the fund is currently managing a pipeline of potential new investments totaling $903 million. Investors maintain the option to participate in a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), which allows for the automatic reinvestment of cash dividends into additional fund shares.
