BlueSnap Automation Helps Horizon3.ai Improve Cash Flow, Reduce DSO

Cybersecurity company Horizon3.ai has significantly enhanced its cash flow and reduced its Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 15 days following the implementation of BlueSnap's accounts receivable automation platform. The solution was integrated with Horizon3.ai's existing Sage Intacct ERP system.

Horizon3.ai, which provides AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, faced challenges with manual invoicing, payment reminders, and collections as the company expanded. The reliance on disparate systems and manual processes hindered efficient operations at scale.

Since adopting BlueSnap, Horizon3.ai has automated its invoicing, collections, and customer communication processes. The company also reported an increase in credit card transactions, leading to faster cash inflows.

The automation allows Horizon3.ai to customize the timing, frequency, and tone of communications based on customer profiles and invoice values. Customers now have access to a payment link and a self-service portal for real-time payments and enrollment in automatic payments, substantially reducing the need for manual follow-up.
