The acquisition allows Board's platform to integrate businesses' internal performance metrics with external economic intelligence, providing a holistic view of growth drivers. Board stated that this combination will help companies anticipate market shifts and improve decision-making.
New capabilities will include predictive insights derived from real-time data and AI-driven models. Board has also expanded its team with economists and data scientists who will offer industry-specific insights and strategies.
Prevedere, whose clients have included Kraft Heinz and McDonald's, has previously assisted companies in building predictive models for inventory optimization and logistics improvements, among other areas.
