Board has appointed Gordon Pothier as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Pothier will oversee the company's finance, legal, and IT functions during a period of rapid growth.

Board, an enterprise planning platform provider, has announced the appointment of Gordon Pothier as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Pothier will oversee the company's finance, legal, and IT functions.
Pothier joins Board from Sonar, a Swiss-headquartered technology company, where he served as CFO and contributed to global expansion. His background includes over two decades of experience scaling high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. Previously, he held CFO positions at Onapsis and Carbon Black.
