Scortis will lead the company's global human resources strategy, focusing on workforce development and engagement as Board continues its international growth.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership, particularly within enterprise software and high-growth SaaS environments, Scortis's background includes roles at JDA Software, Epicor Software, Blue Prism, Adthena, and Productsup. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Dext, where she managed the people operations during the company's acquisition.
Scortis will be based in Board's London office. Her appointment comes at a time when Board emphasizes investment in its employees and aims to foster a robust company culture. Board's platform is used by over 2,000 organizations globally for financial and operational planning.
Board is recognized for its enterprise planning solutions, utilized by major brands such as H&M, BASF, and Toyota. The company, founded in 1994, operates 25 offices worldwide and has received recognition from industry analysts like Gartner and IDC.
