Board consolidates market leadership in planning software per BARC survey

Board International, a provider of planning solutions, has solidified its market standing in performance management, planning, and analytics, as indicated by the BARC Planning Survey 23. The report highlighted that 96% of surveyed users would recommend Board.

The BARC Planning Survey is the largest global survey of planning software users. This year's survey involved 1,321 respondents, with 1,046 providing detailed feedback on their product usage across 33 key performance indicators. These metrics cover areas such as business benefits, project success, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness.

Results show that 90% of users rated Board's ease of use for planners as very good or good, surpassing the average planning tool's rating of 82%. Furthermore, Board achieved a 92% rating for its coverage of planning-specific requirements, compared to the industry average of 88%.

BARC noted that Board achieved 14 top ranks and 18 leading positions across six peer groups. These findings reinforce Board's position as a market leader in performance management, planning, and analytics solutions. Board International was founded in 1994 and operates 25 offices worldwide.
