Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation Donates $500,000 to Junior Achievement of Arizona

The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation has awarded a $500,000 grant to Junior Achievement of Arizona to support financial literacy programs for low-income students. The grant will be distributed over a two-year period.

The funding aims to enhance the financial education of thousands of young people across Arizona. Junior Achievement of Arizona offers programs in schools and communities that teach students about budgeting, saving, investing, and entrepreneurship.

"Financial literacy is a critical life skill that empowers young people for success. We are proud to support Junior Achievement in their efforts to ensure all students, regardless of their background, receive the economic education they need," said founder Bob Parsons.

The funds are designated to expand the reach of these programs, particularly in underserved areas. The goal is to provide essential financial knowledge to students who might otherwise lack access. This contribution significantly boosts the organization's capacity to serve more students.

Junior Achievement of Arizona is a non-profit organization with over 50 years of service in the state, focused on inspiring youth to build stronger communities through economic education, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. The grant is expected to substantially impact their operations.
