German horse trailer manufacturer Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke GmbH has introduced a new tarp lift system designed to improve the internal climate of its trailers. The development focuses on enhancing air circulation without allowing moisture to enter.
Several of Böckmann's trailer models, including the Grand Master and Neo series, will feature the new tarp lift as standard equipment. The company states that continuous improvement is a core principle of its operations.
The system incorporates mechanical ventilation in the upper section, while a coarse mesh in the lower part prevents flies from entering while ensuring adequate airflow. The tarp's design also includes angled welding to facilitate water runoff when the tarp is rolled up.
