Bold Therapeutics to disclose BOLD-100 clinical data at BIO-Europe
Bold Therapeutics will present interim clinical results for its oncology drug candidate BOLD-100 at the upcoming BIO-Europe conference in Cologne.

Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm Bold Therapeutics is scheduled to present updates on its flagship asset, BOLD-100, at the BIO-Europe conference in Cologne, Germany, held November 9–11. The presentation will feature interim efficacy and tolerability data from an ongoing global Phase 2 clinical trial.
The trial evaluates the ruthenium-based drug in combination with standard FOLFOX treatment for patients with second-line metastatic colorectal cancer. Researchers are comparing two dose levels of BOLD-100 against standard care to determine if the novel mechanism improves patient outcomes. These findings follow earlier data collection across various gastrointestinal cancers, including biliary tract and gastric cancers.
"Bold Therapeutics has achieved significant corporate and clinical milestones that advance BOLD-100 toward registrational trials," stated Jim Pankovich, executive vice president of the company. The upcoming presentation is intended to provide a clear view of the compound’s progress as the company seeks to address unmet needs in oncology.
