Bombardier Acquires Velocity Maintenance Solutions to Expand U.S. Service Network
Bombardier Inc. has acquired U.S.-based maintenance provider Velocity Maintenance Solutions to enhance its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) services.

Bombardier Inc. announced the acquisition of Velocity Maintenance Solutions, a provider of aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. This move strengthens the company's service network within the United States.
The acquisition, completed through Bombardier's U.S. subsidiary Learjet Inc., expands the company's capabilities in MRO and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support. Velocity Maintenance Solutions operates a 35,000-square-foot hangar at Wilmington Airport in Delaware and utilizes 14 mobile repair trucks across the U.S.
Bombardier stated that the acquisition aligns with its long-term strategy for growth in its Services business. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
