Bombardier Appoints New Leadership for Strategy and Product Development
Aerospace manufacturer Bombardier Inc has announced several appointments to its leadership team. The new roles focus on strengthening strategic growth, M&A activities, product development, and defense business.

Montreal – Aerospace manufacturer Bombardier Inc is strengthening its executive team with new appointments aimed at deepening customer relationships, evolving its Bombardier Defense business, and pursuing long-term strategic opportunities. The appointments support the company's focus on continuous product improvement and growth through investment and mergers and acquisitions.
Sandra Hodgkinson joins as Senior Vice President, Strategy and M&A. Her background includes service in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General corps and leading strategy and corporate development at Leonardo DRS. Stephen McCullough is appointed Executive Vice President, Engineering, Product Development and Bombardier Defense. McCullough has 36 years of experience in aircraft design and flight testing with Bombardier.
Paul Sislian's responsibilities will expand to include Aircraft Sales and Bombardier Aftermarket Services, integrating these functions to enhance competitive edge. Mercedes Glockseisen is appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, succeeding Pierre Gagnon who retires in June. She has over a decade of experience within Bombardier's legal department.
All appointments are effective immediately. The changes are positioned to support the company's ongoing strategic objectives in its core aviation markets.
