Bombardier Challenger 350 Led Super Midsize Jet Deliveries in 2017
Bombardier Inc. reported 56 deliveries of its Challenger 350 business jet in 2017, securing a 53 percent share of the super midsize segment. The aircraft series has also led the market in deliveries over the past decade.

Bombardier Inc. announced that its Challenger 350 business jet led deliveries in the super midsize segment for 2017. The company delivered 56 units of the aircraft, accounting for 53 percent of the segment's market share, according to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA).
The Challenger 350, which entered service in 2014, has maintained a strong delivery pace. In 2017, the total deliveries for the aircraft program surpassed 200 units. Bombardier attributes the jet's success to its cabin comfort, connectivity, performance, and smooth ride.
"Our Challenger 350 business jets continue to lead the market in unit sales thanks to their exceptional cabin comfort, connectivity, reliable performance, and ultra-smooth ride," said Peter Likoray, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "This result extends a remarkable record for our Challenger 350 aircraft program, which has tallied more deliveries in the last decade than any other business jet platform."
The aircraft's design, featuring a balanced wing, engine, and landing gear, aims to provide an exceptionally smooth flight experience. Its cabin is also enhanced with advanced acoustic insulation, contributing to among the lowest interior sound levels in the super midsize category.
