Bombardier Displays Global 8000 Aircraft in South America

Bombardier is presenting its Global 8000 business jet at the Catarina Aviation Show in São Paulo, Brazil, marking the aircraft's tradeshow debut in South America. The company is also displaying its Global 6500 and Challenger 3500 models at the event.

The Global 8000 is described as the world's fastest civilian aircraft, capable of Mach 0.95 and a range of 8,000 nautical miles. Bombardier states the aircraft can connect city pairs such as São Paulo to Perth, Vancouver, and Dubai. The cabin is designed to minimize altitude-related physiological stress, and the aircraft is engineered to access up to 30% more airports than competing models.

Also featured is the Global 6500, with a 6,600 nautical mile range and a top speed of Mach 0.90. The Challenger 3500, representing the super-midsize segment, offers a range of 3,400 nautical miles and a top speed of Mach 0.83. The Challenger 3500 was reportedly the most delivered super-midsize business jet in 2025.

Bombardier also provides after-sales support in the region, including services from authorized service facility MAGA Aviation at Catarina Airport. The company operates a global network of approximately 100 service locations worldwide.

The Catarina Aviation Show runs from May 21-23. Bombardier's sales team will be present to engage with customers.
