Bombardier Expands Parts Availability for Business Aircraft

Bombardier is increasing worldwide parts availability for operators of its Learjet, Challenger, and Global business jets. The company has recently established new parts depots in Miami, Florida, and Tianjin, China, enhancing support for customers in North America and Asia.

The expansion aims to improve the efficiency of aircraft operations and maintenance. The new depots are situated near major airports and Bombardier's service centers, facilitating quicker part delivery. Bombardier maintains a global network comprising ten parts distribution sites and nearly 100 service locations worldwide.

Customer support has also been bolstered with a two-year warranty and an on-the-spot price-matching policy that aligns with competitor pricing. This policy, in place since March 2017, is designed to offer customers flexibility and cost savings.

Bombardier's global service network for business aircraft includes multiple service centers, line maintenance stations, and mobile units. Approximately 1,000 technicians provide maintenance support. The company aims to anticipate and exceed customer expectations through continuous expansion of its service offerings.
