Bombardier Opens New Line Maintenance Station in Sydney, Australia

Bombardier Inc. has launched a new Line Maintenance Station (LMS) in Sydney, Australia, enhancing its customer support capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. This addition strengthens the company's existing network within Australia, which includes a facility in Perth and a service center in Melbourne.

The Sydney station is equipped to handle Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, unscheduled line maintenance, and select scheduled maintenance activities. Technicians at the new location are certified to service Bombardier's entire range of Learjet, Challenger, and Global aircraft.

Furthermore, the Sydney LMS features a dedicated Mobile Response Team (MRT) truck, enabling technicians to provide support to customers at their operational locations. Bombardier states this capability ensures prompt and comprehensive service across a wide geographical area.

The expansion is part of Bombardier's broader strategy to invest in customer service across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier this year, the company announced a significant expansion of its Singapore Service Centre, slated for completion in the second half of 2028. Bombardier has received multiple industry accolades for its customer support services.
