The company delivered 34 aircraft during the quarter, up from 30 in the prior year's third quarter. Revenues from Bombardier's Services segment grew by 12% to $590 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose by 16% to $356 million, with an improved adjusted EBITDA margin of 15.4%. Adjusted earnings per share stood at $1.21.
Free cash flow saw a substantial improvement, generating $152 million in the third quarter, a $279 million increase compared to the previous year. Bombardier's backlog remained strong, reaching $16.6 billion as of September 30, 2025. The company also continued its deleveraging efforts, announcing plans to repay approximately $100 million in debt.
Bombardier stated that these results position the company to achieve its full-year financial guidance. Recent developments include the certification of the Global 8000 business jet and ongoing expansion of its U.S. service network.
