Real estate company Bonava is expanding its partnership with Norwegian housing cooperative OBOS. The next phase of their collaboration involves the Nacka Nouveau project in Nacka, Sweden, which will include 260 new apartments.
The development will be managed through a joint venture. Sales of the apartments are slated to begin in autumn, with the first units expected to be completed by 2029.
Bonava and OBOS have an existing partnership. This expansion aims to leverage their combined expertise in developing residential properties in the Nacka area, building on their previous joint ventures.
