Bonduelle achieves global B Corp certification

French food group Bonduelle has attained B Corp certification across its entire international operations.

3 November 2026

Bonduelle has secured B Corp certification for its global business operations. The milestone aligns with the group’s "Transform to Win" strategy, which aims to integrate sustainability targets into its core food production model.

B Corp certification evaluates companies on five distinct criteria: governance, employees, community, environment, and customers. Achieving this status requires companies to meet performance standards and maintain transparency regarding their social and environmental impact. Bonduelle stated that this process has resulted in structured improvements across its various business lines, ranging from supply chain management to internal labor practices.

CEO Xavier Unkovic characterized the certification as a commitment to continuous improvement rather than a static achievement. As part of its sustainability targets, the group reports that 98% of its products currently hold an A or B Nutri-Score, and it intends to increase the number of farmers utilizing regenerative agriculture practices to 80% by 2030.

Operating in nearly 100 countries with annual revenue of approximately €2.2 billion, the group aims to use the B Corp framework to guide its future development. The certification is issued by B Lab, a non-profit organization that manages the assessment process for businesses globally.
