This follows an earlier announcement in October 2024 where Bonduelle became B Corp certified for 80% of its operations, indicating a phased approach to achieving full certification.
This certification coincides with further strategic moves within the company. In July 2025, Bonduelle confirmed the sale of its packaged salad business in France, following a similar divestment of its German packaged salad operations in April 2025. These sales are part of an effort to streamline operations and focus on core business areas.
Financially, Bonduelle reported growth in its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 and reaffirmed its annual profitability objectives. Despite facing challenging consumer conditions, the company has maintained financial stability.
