Bonprix is supporting the "FASHION X CRAFT: Echoes of Tomorrow" exhibition in Hamburg, which explores the intersection of traditional crafts, contemporary design, and material culture.
Bonprix Handelsgesellschaft mbH is supporting the "FASHION X CRAFT: Echoes of Tomorrow" exhibition, focusing on the future of fashion, craftsmanship, and material culture. The exhibition, which opened at the LIFE HAMBURG campus in Hamburg on October 8, showcases a collection created by five young designers utilizing traditional techniques such as basket weaving and textile weaving, alongside previously unused materials.
The exhibition also features elements of the design process through sketches and collages. The event aims to foster dialogue among fashion industry professionals, artisans, and designers. Bonprix CEO Carolin Klar participated in the opening and a panel discussion addressing the sector's future challenges and opportunities.
Following its premieres in Berlin and Hamburg, "FASHION X CRAFT: Echoes of Tomorrow" will move on to London. The exhibition is open to the public in Hamburg until October 28, 2026, with free admission. The event highlights the importance of sustainable practices and craftsmanship in fashion development.
