The evaluation criteria focused on three core dimensions: employee satisfaction, measured through surveys on company recommendations and workplace ratings; financial performance, assessed via Statista's revenue database over five years, requiring at least $100 million in revenue in 2025; and sustainability transparency, using an ESG index that considers environmental, social, and governance factors.
