Borouge International Launches Polyolefin Elastomer for Improved Processing
Borouge International has introduced Queo™ 7030LA-P, a new polyolefin elastomer designed to enhance flexibility and processing efficiency across various polymer applications.

Borouge International has launched Queo™ 7030LA-P, a new polyolefin elastomer aimed at improving formulation flexibility and processing efficiency for a range of applications. The material combines low density with high melt flow, addressing a need for enhanced end-product properties and efficient processing in compounds and blends.
The new Queo™ 7030LA-P grade expands Borouge's offerings and is targeted for applications including automotive components, adhesives, and highly filled compounds. Developed using advanced solution-phase technology, it provides a balance of softness, flexibility, and flow behavior, supporting consistent conversion performance and product quality.
For thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) applications in the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors, Queo™ 7030LA-P is designed to support the production of high-quality compounds. Its amorphous structure contributes to strong low-temperature impact performance, while the 1-Octene comonomer and high melt flow rate enhance flow and bonding in adhesive applications. For highly filled formulations, the material allows for significant filler loading while maintaining relatively easy flow and high extrusion output.
Borouge International positions Queo™ 7030LA-P as a versatile polymer modifier suitable for multiple conversion technologies. It is supplied as free-flowing granules with talc protection to reduce pellet clumping during logistics. This new product extends Borouge's broader Queo™ portfolio, offering formulators an additional tool for applications requiring a combination of processing efficiency and material performance.
