Bosch Supplies Compressors for Hydrogen Filling Stations

Robert Bosch GmbH has commenced supplying compressor technology to expand the network of hydrogen filling stations in Switzerland. The company provides critical components enabling efficient and reliable refueling for hydrogen-powered vehicles.

The collaboration with Germany's Maximator and Swiss retailer Coop is central to this infrastructure development. Coop is already operating seven hydrogen trucks within its logistics operations, with driver Jean-Marie Walter being among the pioneers.

Switzerland has made significant strides in adopting hydrogen technology for transportation, ranking fourth in Europe for its network of hydrogen filling stations. The establishment of such infrastructure requires careful planning, site selection, and partnerships with technology providers.
