Boston Consulting Group and ElevenLabs Announce Strategic Alliance for Enterprise Customer Experience
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and ElevenLabs have formed a strategic alliance to implement conversational agents designed for enterprise environments, aiming to transform customer interactions.

Boston – Strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and software company ElevenLabs have announced a strategic alliance focused on deploying conversational agents for enterprise settings, with the goal of transforming how companies interact with their customers.
The partnership addresses a critical market shift where businesses are moving beyond traditional automation. The collaboration aims to introduce a new generation of agents capable of reasoning, acting, and engaging in natural, real-time conversations. These agents are designed not only to respond but also to execute tasks, make defined decisions, and integrate into essential business processes.
The alliance synergizes BCG’s expertise in strategic transformation and artificial intelligence, along with its technology development arm BCG X, with ElevenLabs' platform for agents and advanced voice models. By integrating ElevenLabs' capabilities into BCG X's Deep Customer Engagement AI accelerators, companies can redesign their customer service and management processes. This enables the deployment of reliable, multichannel, and multilingual conversational agents at scale, embedded within core operational workflows.
According to BCG reports, only a small percentage of global companies have fully integrated AI, despite its recognized strategic importance. This partnership intends to accelerate the transition from isolated pilot projects to large-scale enterprise deployments. Collectively, BCG and ElevenLabs will offer solutions aimed at enhancing customer engagement, service efficiency, and personalization across various sectors. These solutions will include voice-based conversational agents, voice cloning and transcription capabilities, and agent creation tools, all engineered for enterprise environments with rigorous testing and control frameworks.
