Boston Globe Media and Tufts Health Plan, a Point32Health company, have launched the sixth season of their "Turning Points: Navigating Mental Health" podcast series. The new five-episode series, produced in collaboration with Boston Globe Media's Studio/B, will release new episodes every Wednesday, beginning October 7, 2026.

This season's topics will cover areas such as parenting in the age of social media, starting over after loss, and navigating mental health amidst a constant news cycle. The series aims to share stories from individuals who have found their "turning points" and reclaimed their emotional well-being.

"We're privileged to continue our impactful partnership with Point32Health and Tufts Health Plan to help bring these meaningful stories to life," said Angus Macaulay, chief commercial officer of Boston Globe Media. "Past seasons of 'Turning Points' have peaked at #1 on Apple's mental health podcast charts and received nominations for Webby and Shorty Awards."

The series will once again be hosted by clinical social worker Frantzes Lys, who interviews various individuals to offer unique perspectives on mental well-being. The collaboration with Boston Globe Media continues, with episodes available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other platforms.
