Italian luxury house Bottega Veneta is opening a six-month internship position within its press and communications department, based at its Paris headquarters starting September 2026.
The intern will be responsible for managing and coordinating press shipments and returns via Launchmetrics, organizing sample dispatches, and supporting the PR & Communication Coordinator with collection archiving. Tasks also include monitoring media coverage across press, digital, and social media channels, collecting and formatting press clippings, and compiling weekly and monthly reports.
Additional duties involve handling journalistic requests for captions and visuals, maintaining the showroom, and liaising with the communication teams in Milan and international offices in London and New York. The role offers daily assistance to the press service and support for image coordination and press inquiries.
Ideal candidates should have a background in communication or fashion studies, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate good organizational abilities. Prior experience in a press office is preferred. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Launchmetrics is a plus. A sensitivity to the fashion and luxury sector is essential.
