Bouygues Group has released its 2025 annual financial results. In parallel, Bouygues Telecom, alongside Free-Groupe iliad and Orange, has entered exclusive negotiations with Altice France concerning the acquisition of SFR.

While specific 2025 financial figures are detailed in accompanying reports, a Q1 2026 update confirmed the group's strong performance and maintained annual outlook. The company also signaled its intention to recruit approximately 30,000 new employees in 2026.

Subsidiary Colas has secured multiple new contracts, including the first phase of the Helsinki western tramway project in Finland. Colas also finalized the acquisition of Frauenrath's road construction and recycling activities in Germany and won seven road maintenance contracts in Finland. The company is also involved in other infrastructure projects, such as rail construction in Sweden and road works in Canada.
