Bouygues Reports Strong H1 2026 Results, Confirms Full-Year Outlook
Bouygues announced solid first-half results for 2026, with Group revenue at €26.3 billion and net profit at €287 million. The company reaffirmed its full-year financial outlook.

Bouygues revealed a robust performance for the first half of 2026, reporting Group revenue of €26.3 billion, a slight decrease of 1.3% year-on-year at constant exchange rates. The operating profit from ordinary activities (ROCA) reached €829 million, an increase of €33 million compared to the same period last year.
The Group's net profit saw a significant rise to €287 million, up €114 million from H1 2025. This improvement occurred despite a continued exceptional contribution on large companies' profits in France, which amounted to -€35 million. Bouygues' net financial debt also improved substantially, decreasing by €2 billion to €6.5 billion at the end of June 2026.
Key business segments demonstrated strong performance. Equans activities reported a significant margin increase to 5.2%, contributing to historically high order books for both Equans (€27.6 billion) and the Construction division (€33.4 billion). These figures reflect ongoing major infrastructure projects, such as the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) road tunnel in Australia.
Looking ahead, Bouygues confirmed its 2026 outlook, expecting revenue to remain stable at constant exchange rates and ROCA to be maintained at a historically high level. The company highlighted its resilience and agility in navigating a volatile macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, supported by its diverse business portfolio.
