Bravida acquires Copenhagen-based OETekniq ApS

Bravida Denmark has reached an agreement to acquire OETekniq ApS, a firm specializing in electrical, heating, and plumbing services. Founded in 2014, the Copenhagen-based company reports annual revenues of approximately DKK 23 million and employs 18 staff members.

The acquisition is designed to bolster Bravida’s service capabilities in the greater Copenhagen area. OETekniq’s existing client portfolio, which includes municipal and public sector organizations, aligns with Bravida's focus on service agreements and energy optimization.

Johnny Brandt, Regional Manager for Region East at Bravida Denmark, noted that the integration brings experienced personnel and solid service contracts into the group. The founders of OETekniq, Finn Overby and Thomas Elmgreen, stated that the merger offers long-term development benefits for their business.

Bravida will assume ownership of the company in September 2023.
