Bravida acquires Danish building automation company
Bravida has acquired Danish Insight Building Automation A/S, specializing in building automation and BMS systems. The company has 22 employees and offices in Silkeborg and Roskilde.

Bravida has acquired Danish Insight Building Automation A/S, a company specializing in building automation and Building Management Systems (BMS). This acquisition expands Bravida's capabilities in the Danish market within this sector.
Insight Building Automation is reportedly one of Denmark's largest suppliers of advanced BMS systems. The company provides solutions for controlling and monitoring technical systems in buildings, including integration of access control and fire alarms. It employs 22 people and operates from offices in Silkeborg and Roskilde.
"With the acquisition of Insight Building Automation, Bravida strengthens its competence in consulting, control, and monitoring of technical systems in buildings. We are pleased to take over a well-established specialist business," stated Johnny Hey, head of Division Denmark at Bravida. He added that the purchase supports Bravida's strategy to offer a full range of solutions to its customers.
Brian Steen Hansen, CEO of Insight Building Automation, noted that the company's primary asset is its skilled specialists. He indicated that the company had recognized the need for further development and believes that becoming part of a major service and installation company is the optimal path for realizing its growth potential.
As of January 1, 2019, Bravida is the owner of Insight Building Automation. All 22 employees will continue in their current roles, with Brian Steen Hansen remaining in charge of the business operations.
