Bravida has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the Danish companies JFE A/S, JPE Materialudlejning ApS, and JL A/S. In 2015, these companies reported a combined turnover of approximately SEK 130 million. The three companies employ around 100 people and are headquartered in Køge, Zealand.

JFE primarily operates as a contractor in district heating projects, specializing in groundwork and the laying of culverts for district heating power plants. The company often serves as the main contractor in its projects. This acquisition is part of Bravida's strategy to expand its operations and consolidate its position in Denmark.

Søren Frahm, Regional Manager at Bravida Eastern Denmark, described JFE as a well-managed company with a solid order book and significant clients. He noted a strong demand for district heating and groundwork services in the Zealand region. JFE is planned to be integrated into Bravida while maintaining operational independence.

Johnny Pedersen, the current CEO and owner of JFE, views the integration positively. He highlighted the company's high customer satisfaction rate, stating it reflects their quality and ability to meet client demands. Pedersen believes that Bravida's and JFE's operations will complement each other effectively.

This acquisition follows several others by Bravida Denmark in recent times, including Delta 3 Teknik A/S in Randers, EnergiMidt's electrical installation operations in Silkeborg, and Vinther & Strøm A/S in Copenhagen during 2016. These moves indicate Bravida's ongoing expansion strategy within the Danish market.
