Bravida has acquired Electrosec Elteknik i Östergötland AB, a move that strengthens the company's presence in the electrical systems market in the Östergötland region. The acquisition, completed on June 1, 2022, adds 10 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 25 million (about €2.2 million) to Bravida.
Founded in 2010, Electrosec Elteknik operates in electrical services and contracting from its headquarters in Linköping, with additional locations in Motala and Borensberg. Its client base includes the Swedish Police Authority, various construction contractors, and several large agricultural businesses.
The acquisition is expected to enhance Bravida's reach for new customers in electrical systems and potentially in heating, plumbing, and HVAC services within the Linköping area. Bravida is a leading provider of installation services in the Nordics.
Kalle Andersson, former CEO of Electrosec Elteknik, will continue with Bravida. He stated that integration with Bravida offers enhanced development opportunities for employees and facilitates the achievement of larger business goals.
