Bravida Acquires HVAC and Plumbing Firm in Örebro

Bravida, a provider of installation services, has acquired AB Emanuelsson VVS-Byrå to bolster its heating, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC) services in the Örebro region. The transaction, effective April 1, 2024, integrates 12 employees and an annual sales revenue of around SEK 65 million into Bravida's operations.

Established in 2007, AB Emanuelsson VVS-Byrå specializes in service and installation for HVAC systems, energy solutions, and energy surveys. Its client base includes various construction, property, and civil engineering companies. This acquisition positions Bravida as a comprehensive service provider for technical installations in Örebro's properties.

Ulf Emanuelsson, founder and CEO of AB Emanuelsson VVS-Byrå, will continue with the company. The move aims to expand Bravida's market presence and service capabilities in the region.
