Bravida Acquires Karlstads Processrör AB
Bravida is acquiring Karlstads Processrör AB, strengthening its position in pipe installations for industrial customers in the Karlstad region. The company has 35 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 65 million.
Bravida, a provider of installation services, announced its acquisition of Karlstads Processrör AB, a company specializing in pipe installations for the process industry. The transaction, set to finalize on June 1, 2022, is expected to bolster Bravida's capabilities and market presence within the Karlstad area and surrounding regions.
Karlstads Processrör AB employs 35 people and generates annual sales of around SEK 65 million. The company possesses extensive experience in developing customized pipe assembly and installation solutions, primarily serving the process and energy sectors across Sweden.
Stellan Lindqvist, Regional Manager for Bravida's Vänern region, stated that Karlstads Processrör AB is a well-managed business with an established customer base. He anticipates that the acquisition will enhance Bravida's existing operations in the region.
The current owners of Karlstads Processrör AB, Per Djurholm, Fredrik Roxström, and Mikael Nyberg, will join Bravida. Djurholm will assume the role of Branch Manager. The integration aims to expand service offerings within the industrial sector, particularly in professional pipe welding.
