Bravida acquires Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik to expand industrial piping services
Bravida will acquire Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik AB, a firm specializing in industrial piping with 50 employees and annual sales of SEK 148 million.
Bravida announced it will acquire Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik AB, effective December 31, 2023. The transaction is designed to increase Bravida’s capacity in industrial piping and broaden its operational footprint in the Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, and Sundsvall regions.
Founded in 2006, Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik provides technical services for the paper and process industries, as well as power and heating plants. The firm brings approximately 50 employees and SEK 148 million in annual revenue into the Bravida group.
Daniel Ytterbom, Regional Manager for Bravida's Industry region, stated that the acquisition aligns with the company's regional growth strategy. Current co-owners Sven Arnerlöf and Roine Nilsson will remain with the business following the ownership transfer. The move aims to foster operational synergies across Bravida’s existing regional branches.
