Bravida has acquired Karlshamns Rörmontage, a company specializing in process piping, thereby strengthening its offering in heating and plumbing services in the Blekinge region of Sweden. The acquired company has 12 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 20 million. The transaction is set to be completed on November 1, 2018.
Karlshamns Rörmontage provides installation and service for heating and plumbing solutions, primarily serving the petroleum and processing industries. While based in Karlshamn, the company operates across Sweden for its diverse client base.
"This acquisition further strengthens our heating and plumbing services in Blekinge," stated Åke Forsberg, Regional Manager at Bravida region Jönköping. "We will also gain specialized expertise within the processing industry, a sector with significant growth potential."
Founded in 2006, Karlshamns Rörmontage has grown since its inception. Owner Bengt Johansson believes the acquisition represents a natural step for continued development, preserving the company's local ties while opening up new possibilities as part of a larger group.
