Bravida acquires security systems provider Almqvist & Brunskog
Swedish installation company Bravida is expanding its footprint in the Småland region through the acquisition of Ljungby-based Almqvist & Brunskog AB.
Bravida has announced the acquisition of the operations of Almqvist & Brunskog AB, a company specializing in security and fire protection systems. The transaction is scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2016.
Based in Ljungby, Almqvist & Brunskog has eight employees and generates approximately SEK 12 million in annual revenue. The firm serves a diverse client base including industrial entities, public sector agencies, and commercial property developers.
Bravida regional manager Åke Forsberg stated that the acquisition complements the company's existing electrical operations in the area, bringing the total local workforce to approximately 20 people.
Owner Patric Brunskog noted that the move to a larger organization aims to support the company’s future growth. The integration of operations is set to begin next month.
