Bravida Acquires Telesupport i Hökåsen AB to Strengthen Security Operations
Bravida has acquired Telesupport i Hökåsen AB, enhancing its presence in the fire and security sector in Sweden's Mälardalen region. The acquired company has 14 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 18 million.
Bravida announced the acquisition of Telesupport i Hökåsen AB, a move aimed at strengthening its position within the fire and security sector in the Mälardalen region of Sweden. The acquisition is expected to expand Bravida's service and installation capabilities in the area.
Telesupport i Hökåsen AB, founded in 1989 and based in Västerås, offers services including maintenance, service, and new installations for fire alarms, burglar alarms, surveillance systems, data networks, fiber optics, and solar solutions. The company employs 14 people and generates an annual turnover of approximately SEK 18 million.
"We consider Mälardalen a very attractive market with significant growth potential. With the acquisition of Telesupport, we complement and strengthen our offering within fire and security," stated Gottfrid Seidevall, Business Area Manager for Bravida Fire & Security. "With the new operations in Mälardalen, we will become an even more important service and installation partner for our national customers."
Anders Köhler, CEO and owner of Telesupport i Hökåsen AB, views the acquisition as a beneficial solution for the company's future development. Köhler will join Bravida in the role of Branch Manager. Telesupport i Hökåsen AB will be integrated into Bravida's National division immediately.
