Bravida acquires Vesi-Vasa Oy to expand in western Finland
Bravida Finland has announced the acquisition of Vesi-Vasa Oy, a regional plumbing and heating specialist. The transaction is expected to close in June 2024.
Bravida Finland is set to acquire Vesi-Vasa Oy, a contractor specializing in HVAC installation, maintenance, industrial piping, and fire suppression systems. The firm, which operates in the Satakunta region of western Finland, reports annual revenue of 10 million euros and employs 40 staff members.
Marko Holopainen, Head of Division for Bravida Finland, stated that the acquisition aligns with the group's growth strategy in Finland by strengthening its regional service capabilities for industrial and real estate clients. Founded in 1984, Vesi-Vasa services a broad range of projects, from residential buildings to large industrial sites.
Jani Vainio, CEO of Vesi-Vasa, noted that joining a larger organization will assist the company in addressing evolving industry demands. The ownership transition is scheduled to take place in June 2024.
