Bravida Consolidates Specialist Areas into New Division
Bravida in Sweden is establishing a new national division to combine security, cooling, sprinklers, technical service management, and power supply operations, aiming to develop growth potential and synergies.
Bravida Sweden is forming a new national division to consolidate its specialist technology areas: security, cooling, sprinklers, technical service management, and power supply. The objective is to enhance growth potential and leverage synergies within these sectors.
Previously, Bravida's core business focused on electrical, heating & plumbing, and HVAC services. This new division aims to make its specialized offerings a more distinct and significant part of the company's overall customer proposition.
"Bravida has a clear ambition to strengthen our offering as a multi-technical service provider for our customers. We have significant untapped market potential in these areas, and by gathering them into one division, we will create better conditions for both growth and profitability," stated Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President of Bravida.
Sven Klockare, formerly the regional manager for security, sprinklers, and project management, will head the new division, named 'Riks' due to its national scope. Klockare, a long-term Bravida employee, will also join the Group Management. The division will be formally established in April 2017.
